How I might help you

I help people with a variety of difficulties by promoting the healing of the original emotional wounds. By helping you to unblock feelings, and come to an increased self awareness, I aim to help you experience a greater sense of wholeness of mind, body and spirit and a strengthened sense of self. This helps to enable you to move forward with your life. At the same time, I might use strategies to help you better cope with immediate difficulties.

I offer a safe place where, using various tools and techniques, I help you to uncover and express  painful emotions and feelings, which you may be denying or have deeply buried. Without acknowledgement and expression they remain with us, and without developing our self-awareness we tend to get a bit stuck. This hampers our ability to lead a rich and fulfilling life.

I work with you at the pace which is right for you, and will be totally accepting and non-judgemental.
